How Much Seamoss should I take Daily ?
Take 1-2 tablespoons daily

Storing Seamoss Gel
Store the Seamoss Gel in the refrigerator for up to 1-4 weeks. If this time has passed use the remaining Seamoss for hair and face or dispose.


Seamoss ice-cubes are great for smoothies and allow Seamoss to last longer.

How To Use/Consume Seamoss Gel
Seamoss gel can be eaten right out of the jar. You can also add it in your smoothie with fruit or to any other drink including tea.

Plain Seamoss Gel can be used as a facial and hair mask.
Apply a thick layer of room temperature Seamoss to your face or hair for 10-30 minutes rinse and apply moisturizer.

For hair
Apply a handful of Seamoss gel to your hair, root to tip, leave in 10-20 minutes before rinsing with natural shampoo and conditioner.
